With over two decades of experience cultivating coffee, Emilio has dedicated his life to this timeless tradition. Hailing from the picturesque community of Plan de Ayutla in Chiapas, Mexico, Emilio learned the intricacies of coffee cultivation from his father at a young age. Today, he continues this legacy, imparting his knowledge to his children and ensuring the preservation of traditional farming practices.
Nestled at an elevation of 1550 meters above sea level, Emilio’s farm benefits from the ideal climatic conditions that contribute to the exceptional quality of his coffee beans.
Emilio is able to produce coffee that truly reflects the unique terroir of his land. His commitment to sustainability and quality has earned him a well-deserved reputation among coffee connoisseurs.
