- Shade-Grown Coffee: Our coffee beans are exclusively sourced from shade-grown farms within the UNESCO Listed Reserva de la Biosfera del Triunfo. This practice protects the delicate coffee plants, promotes biodiversity, and helps maintain the ecological balance of the region.
- Small-Scale Producer Support: We work directly with over 390 small, family-owned coffee farms in Chiapas, Mexico. This approach ensures fair compensation for our partner farmers and fosters long-term relationships that benefit everyone involved.
- Future Educational Initiatives: We are passionate about sharing the stories of our partner farmers and the beauty of the Chiapas region. While not yet available, we are excited to announce the launch of a dedicated educational project in 2025. This project will include passionate stories, educational materials, and potentially even interactive experiences to bring you closer to the origin of your coffee.
